Passing a school bond in the current economic climate can be challenging. Learn how Issaquah School District passed a recent $219 million bond with more than 70 percent voter approval. Issaquah will share strategies that range from building early community engagement to creating viral musical videos that work.

Learner Outcomes:
1. Create an empowered community bond feasibility committee. 2. Consider options to reduce tax rates and scope appropriately for approval. 3. Charter an effective community bond campaign committee (e.g. Volunteers for Issaquah School). 4. Support your campaign committee through effective community engagement. 5. Explore creative ways to carry your message to new audiences.
